Freedom Manufacturing’s Model CW10K40 hydraulic catwalk is designed to create a more efficient and safer work environment. With the extension folded out and an optional bolt-on extension, it is capable of reaching rigs up to 50’ while maintaining its horizontal distance. For shorter rig heights, the extension can be tucked underneath. This catwalk model can handle up to 24” diameter tubulars weighing 10,000 lbs. Hydraulic downriggers and a human machine interface (HMI) comes standard allowing workers to quickly and easily set up the worksite.
Our extendable truss design (ETD) saves set-up time and is capable of reaching higher heights without having to sacrifice safety. With the ETD, you won’t have to crib the unit up higher or add so many extensions just to reach the rig platform.
