The remote system panel allows operators to monitor system pressures and control valve actuation from the work platform utilizing a color Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and keypads. It can be controlled wirelessly or with a supplied wired connection. Connected to the accumulator unit is another control box, receiver, and hydraulic valve bank that controls the directional control valves positions.
Unit can be added on to your existing units or in conjunction with one of our BOP Closing Units.

Portable Remote Panel
The remote panel remotely monitors accumulator system pressures and controls valve operation. Limit operation of valves to only authorized personnel on rig platforms and give them the reassurance of valve position. The portable remote panel may be powered by 18-Volt batteries for wireless functionality or power supplied by a tether leading from the rigid mounted panel on the accumulator unit. HMI screens can be customized to your valve configuration.

Unit Mounted Control Panel
A control panel is mounted to the accumulator unit which contains a fuse panel, microcontrollers, and a CAN transmitter/receiver. It is the main central system in which pressure transducers are monitored and sent to the portable remote panel via CAN messages. Valve functions entered by the remote panel are received by this panel signals are output to control valve positions.

Directional Control Valve Flow Manifold
When a keypad button and command button are pressed simultaneously, the directional control valve flow manifold directs hydraulic flow to the corresponding directional control valve actuator. The use of hydraulics makes valve control during extreme cold conditions more dependable.
